“Organizations and individuals who during this course have made an outstanding contribution, for their efforts and values to make us all more proud of Castellón”. With such praise Cuatroochenta received the official confirmation of Onda Ceor Castellón 2016 Prize, Internet and New Technologies category. The jury, composed of prominent representatives of the main institutions and foundations of the province, wanted to “emphasize” our career in apps development on the national and international level, like the rest of the 15 other winners, to “make known actions that sometimes go unnoticed, but that contribute to the improvement of the society of Castellón”.
The awards ceremony of the 16th edition of the Onda Cero Castellón Awards will take place on Thursday, June 2nd at the Chamber Hall of the Auditorium of Congress Palace, Castellón. Besides Cuatroochenta, the scientific consultant specialized in health and pharmacoeconomics Outcomes 10, a neighbor company in the Science, Technology, and Business Park of the University Jaume I (Espaitec) won in the category of Economics and Business, as well as the research team of the University Jaume I about new antimalarial drugs led by Florenci Vicent González, in the category of Science and Research.
Cuatroochenta is very grateful to the jury for the award, which has received as recognition of the good work of an increasingly large team, about 50 people already, as well as an encouragement to continue improving in the future. The Onda Cero Castellón Prize joins seven others received by the company since its establishment in 2011 offered by different institutions and media outlets: CEEI-IVACE (on a provincial and autonomous level), Fundación Bancaja, Consell Social of the University Jaume I, Castellón-Cadena Ser Radio, the newspapers Mediterráneo, and Cope Castellón.
