Investors are backing Cuatroochenta’s plan for continued growth. The international technology group, specialised in enterprise software and cybersecurity, has secured subscription commitments covering the full amount of a capital increase totalling EUR 4,918,248. As disclosed by the company on BME Growth, the transaction will involve the issue of 273,236 new shares, representing 10% of the share capital, at a price of EUR 18 per share.
The capital increase process began with the General Shareholders’ Meeting held on 8 September, which approved delegating to the Board of Directors the power to increase share capital through cash contributions and with the exclusion of pre-emptive subscription rights. Payment of the subscriptions is expected to be completed in the coming days; once the capital increase has been executed, the company will apply for the admission to trading of the new shares on BME Growth. Renta 4 Banco is acting as agent bank for the transaction.
Eiffel strengthens its commitment to Cuatroochenta
Among the investors that have committed to subscribe to the capital increase is Eiffel Investment Group, an independent French asset manager that joined Cuatroochenta in March 2025 with a EUR 2 million investment in convertible notes. Eiffel was the first international institutional investor to enter the Spanish company. The price of EUR 18 per share matches the conversion price set in that agreement.
The commitments are completed by three Valencian family offices, the first two of which are already part of the Company’s shareholding structure: Virtus Gestión de Activos S.L., Multiactividades Reunidas S.L., and Ecotema S.L.
Boosting inorganic growth
Cuatroochenta will allocate the funds mainly to accelerating its inorganic growth plan (M&A), with the aim of continuing to bring on board innovative B2B niche companies with recurring revenue, with a particular focus on cybersecurity.
The capital increase also strengthens the company’s resources to advance towards the base-case scenario of its strategic plan, which envisages reaching EUR 70 million in revenue and EUR 10 million in EBITDA in 2030.
«The fact that institutional investors such as Eiffel and family offices are backing the company at this price confirms their confidence in our model. This capital increase allows us to approach upcoming M&A transactions from a position of financial strength and to keep moving forward with the plan we have set ourselves»
