Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) exceeds EUR 27 million, up 18% on the 2025 year-end figure, driven by cybersecurity.

Cuatroochenta continues to grow at a double-digit rate, organically, recurrently and profitably, despite the uncertain environment in the technology sector. According to the Financial Report published today on BME Growth, as at 30 June the group recorded revenue of EUR 19.4 million, up 14% on the same period in 2025. This growth was driven mainly by the cybersecurity business, which now accounts for 47% of the group’s total.

The Spanish technology group’s growth has been accompanied by improved profitability. EBITDA reached EUR 2.3 million, representing an EBITDA margin of 11.8%, compared with 10.5% in the same period of the previous year, an improvement of 131 basis points. Net result stood at EUR 1.1 million.

As at 30 June 2026, Cuatroochenta’s Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) reached EUR 27.2 million, up 18% on 31 December 2025. Cybersecurity is the main driver of this growth: its ARR increased by 13%, to EUR 17.9 million, and accounts for 66% of the group’s total.

Financial strength: Eiffel reinforces its position

According to the Financial Report published today by Cuatroochenta, Net Financial Debt (NFD) stood at EUR 10.7 million, 2.5 times EBITDA for the last twelve months, the same ratio as at the end of 2025. Excluding convertible notes, the ratio falls to 1.2 times.

Last week, Cuatroochenta secured commitments for a capital increase of EUR 4.9 million, through the issuance of 273,236 new shares at EUR 18 each, with the participation of the French asset manager Eiffel Investment Group and the Valencian family offices Virtus Gestión de Activos S. L., Ecotema S. L. and Multiactividades Reunidas S. L.

In addition, this week the Board of Directors of the technology company approved Eiffel’s request to convert EUR 1 million of the convertible notes it subscribed to in 2025 — half of its investment — into shares, again at a price of EUR 18. As a result of this transaction, that EUR 1 million will no longer appear as debt and will form part of the company’s equity.

Cuatroochenta’s share price closed the half-year at EUR 17.6, an increase of 13.5% since the start of the year. Over the same period, the IBEX Growth Market 15 — the benchmark index of BME Growth, of which the company forms part — fell by 0.8%. The number of shares traded during the half-year was 2.5 times higher than in the same period of 2025, with a trading value of EUR 3.9 million (+170%).
