The Spanish technology group’s growth has been accompanied by improved profitability. EBITDA reached EUR 2.3 million, representing an EBITDA margin of 11.8%, compared with 10.5% in the same period of the previous year, an improvement of 131 basis points. Net result stood at EUR 1.1 million.
As at 30 June 2026, Cuatroochenta’s Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) reached EUR 27.2 million, up 18% on 31 December 2025. Cybersecurity is the main driver of this growth: its ARR increased by 13%, to EUR 17.9 million, and accounts for 66% of the group’s total.
RESULTS H1 2026
Cybersecurity, the fastest-growing business
The Cybersecurity segment, which operates under the Sofistic and MP Services brands, generated revenue of EUR 9.2 million in the first half, up 33%, now including the contribution from MP Services for the full six months. This is the group’s largest increase in absolute terms (+EUR 2.3 million) and now accounts for 47% of net revenue. The Value-Added Reseller (VAR) segment, meanwhile, grew by 35% to EUR 5.6 million, led by Ekamat and boosted by the contribution from 3ipunt throughout the half-year.
Regarding the importance of internationalisation for the group’s companies, 43% of sales were generated outside Spain, with Panama, Costa Rica and Colombia as the main markets, driven mainly by cybersecurity. In addition, FAMA’s business in Mexico – a platform for the digital management of facility management – is playing an increasingly significant role in the group’s results.
LANBU’s agentic AI now on the market
These results come after Cuatroochenta launched LANBU last week, its new agentic AI company. LANBU enables organisations to centralise the use of the leading generative AI models (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini) in a secure and controlled manner, and to connect their agents with tools such as Microsoft Business Central, Salesforce, HubSpot and Odoo. Data is hosted and processed in Europe, is encrypted, and is not used to train models.
LANBU, which began its beta phase last May, is the result of almost two years of work by the group’s Applied Innovation team. With this launch, Cuatroochenta reinforces its commitment to AI Native companies, a line of business that will continue to grow in the coming months.
«AI is changing internal processes, and it is also an opportunity that LANBU’s agentic AI is already seizing, to make AI adoption by companies agile, controlled and secure»
Financial strength: Eiffel reinforces its position
According to the Financial Report published today by Cuatroochenta, Net Financial Debt (NFD) stood at EUR 10.7 million, 2.5 times EBITDA for the last twelve months, the same ratio as at the end of 2025. Excluding convertible notes, the ratio falls to 1.2 times.
Last week, Cuatroochenta secured commitments for a capital increase of EUR 4.9 million, through the issuance of 273,236 new shares at EUR 18 each, with the participation of the French asset manager Eiffel Investment Group and the Valencian family offices Virtus Gestión de Activos S. L., Ecotema S. L. and Multiactividades Reunidas S. L.
In addition, this week the Board of Directors of the technology company approved Eiffel’s request to convert EUR 1 million of the convertible notes it subscribed to in 2025 — half of its investment — into shares, again at a price of EUR 18. As a result of this transaction, that EUR 1 million will no longer appear as debt and will form part of the company’s equity.
Cuatroochenta’s share price closed the half-year at EUR 17.6, an increase of 13.5% since the start of the year. Over the same period, the IBEX Growth Market 15 — the benchmark index of BME Growth, of which the company forms part — fell by 0.8%. The number of shares traded during the half-year was 2.5 times higher than in the same period of 2025, with a trading value of EUR 3.9 million (+170%).
Outlook
The Financial Report explains that Cuatroochenta operates at the intersection of three favourable dynamics: the growing need for cybersecurity and digitalisation among companies and institutions, a fragmented technology market that offers ongoing consolidation opportunities, and a recurring revenue model that accumulates value year after year. The group maintains its priorities: expanding its geographical presence (FAMA and Sofistic now operate jointly in 16 countries), diversifying its sector segments through new acquisitions, and continuing to integrate artificial intelligence, now also through a proprietary solution such as LANBU.
«This half-year Cuatroochenta has maintained solid growth while improving profitability, with a recurring base that continues to expand»
