The technology company is extending its SaaS software offering for companies by adding one of the most popular CRMs on the market.

Cuatroochenta expands and complements its offer of software services for companies with the acquisition of one of Zoho's most outstanding partners. The technology company from Castellón has published this morning in BME Growth the agreement to acquire 100% of Cloud Factory, SL, which operates under the Conpas brand, for 2 million euros. In the last fiscal year, the Galician company earned 953.000 euros, with an adjusted EBITDA of 35%.

Conpas is the second oldest  Zoho Premium Partner in Spain (12 years) and this year has been recognized as one of the three best European partners with the "Workplace Collaboration Enablers of Europe" award. In addition, the Chamber of Commerce and Banco Santander elected it SME of the year in 2018 in the province of Lugo. Zoho has one of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) with the highest penetration and usability in the market, considered the best of the year by the North American magazines Forbes and PCMag.

Thus, Cuatroochenta incorporates Zoho's CRM in its portfolio, which complements its ERP solutions as a Microsoft Gold Partner, with the objective of improving the performance and productivity of its clients under the SaaS (software as a service) model, also increasing its recurrence. In fact, Conpas specializes in the configuration, implementation and integration of Zoho suite tools with other business management platforms to ensure their interoperability.

The company acquired by Cuatroochenta, which has a team of 15 people with an office in Lugo, has recorded significant growth, at a rate of 25% year-on-year since 2018, relying on proprietary verticals and customization as the most relevant value contribution. Specifically, in the training, human resources, travel agencies, insurance and consulting sectors. Its clients include Glatfelter, Medac, Basque Culinary Center, Grupo ASV, Cooltra, Grupo Vips, Femxa and Mahou.

“Recurring and scalable business”

Cuatroochenta's Chief Business Officer, Alfonso Martínez, has highlighted that the acquisition of Conpas "allows completing the company's offering with the leading CRM software and its specialized verticals, as well as integrating a team with a wide experience and a high level of recognition, both from customers and from the manufacturer itself, Zoho".

In the acquisition of Conpas by Cuatroochenta, Empresax has participated as advisor in the purchase-sale process and Company Legal Partners as legal advisor.

«Conpas brings a highly recurring and scalable business that can benefit from our group's current structure and synergies with our other products to enhance its growth.»
