Internal communication application developed ad hoc for Adidas Latin America by Cuatroochenta through our delegation in Panama.

This solution makes part of “Creating the New” (CTN), a new strategic business plan of the sport brand up to 2020. Its objective is to help employees’ motivation through gamification.

CTN Adidas

The app includes a question quiz on Adidas and its products so that employees can test their knowledge, setting out different challenges having a prize-winning chance.  In addition to a wall with breaking news and a specific section to disseminate initiatives for team spirit building, the application also allows the employee to make suggestions to the company.
